River Oaks Assisted Living , Lenoir City, TN - 1st Wednesday of every month from 9:00-12:00
NHC Farragut Assisted Living, Knoxville, TN - 1st Thursday of every month from 9:00-12:00
Jamestown Assisted Living, Kingsport, TN - last Thursday of very month
Bridgewater Speech & Hearing is providing newborn hearing screenings for Parkwest Hospital. Please call our office (865)769-0283, to schedule your baby for their hearing screening.
Bridgewater Speech & Hearing is a provider for hearing healthcare for the Department of Mental Retardation Services. Services provided include diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aids, assistive listening devices and batteries. Please feel free to give us a call should you need more information.
We welcome Rachel Sievers, Au.D, CCC-A, and Aimee Bittle, Au.D, CCC-A, FAAA to Bridgewater! Dr. Sievers and Dr. Bittle will be providing adult audiological services to our patients while Tabitha is on maternity leave. We are thrilled to have these seasoned audiologists on board!

On May 10, 2008, Bridgewater Speech & Hearing will be providing free hearing screenings at the Family Hearing Health Fair. Congratulations to our very own Ellen Pearson, M.A., CCC-SLP who was awarded "The Distinguished Professional Award", presented by the Tennessee Association of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. Ellen was presented this honor at the TAASLP Convention this past October in Chattanooga. Ellen was selected for this award for her endless hours work in the passing of the bill in the state senate for allowing speech-language pathologists to perform endoscopy studies. Both Ellen and Carrie diligently contacted physicians, fellow colleagues and state representatives to support the passing of this bill. We at Bridgewater are SO proud of Ellen! |

Bridgewater Speech and Hearing is proud to announce that they have been chosen as Phonak's only Wireless Technology Center (WiTC) in east Tennessee. We are now fitting and supporting Phonak's top of the line Verve hearing instruments. Shelby Barnwell, a third year Au.D. student at the University of Tennessee, is currently providing a wide variety of audiologicial procedures at Bridgewater, under the supervision of Dr. Sally Baerman. Bridgewater welcomes new pediatric speech-language pathologist Deanne Lucas. Deanne earned the masters degree in speech pathology at the University of Iowa. Her clinical interests include child language, dyspraxia, and oral/motor feeding.
