“My entire experience at Bridgewater has been exceptional to say the least. Appointments are kept promptly, and the staff is beyond reproach in their professionalism and courtesy. You could not ask for a better experience! As I said, they are kind, courteous, and impeccably professional. Not to mention the fantastic results! It is marvelous to be able to hear like I could when I was 20 again. I absolutely love my new hearing device. It is easy to wear and very unnoticeable. The technology is top-of-the line, believe me. Love it, love it, love it! Thanks Dr. Baerman and staff. You guys are the greatest!”

Why do I love Bridgewater?
I envisioned Bridgewater several years ago; a place where people could come, and receive, extraordinary hearing health care and personal service. I have been blessed that Bridgewater has become so much more.
I love Bridgewater because there is no greater satisfaction to me, or my team, that when a patient leaves Bridgewater they are experiencing an improved quality of life. Whether the patient was referred for balance testing and are apprehensive about the long scary name of the tests (Electrocochleography, Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials, etc.), or the individual with hearing loss that needs amplification, we develop a trust with them and know that we will do our very best to help them.
I love walking in every morning and being cheerfully greeted by my staff and exchanging small talk as to how our evening or weekends were. Looking at the schedule and getting excited to see a patient I have not seen in months or a new patient for a procedure that will allow me to put the audiological or vestibular puzzle together. Discussing a difficult case with my audiologists invokes the student in me.
But most of all, it is having the time to listen to my patients and address their concerns with compassion and real life solutions. The success of a day is when a patient conveys to Bridgewater that what we have done made a positive difference in their lives.
There is no greater joy to Bridgewater, that when we fit a patient with hearing instruments and they return for follow-ups, they are so elated with their ability to communicate more effectively with their family members. They are able to hear the bird’s sing, their grandchildren, and the preacher at their place of worship.
I have been blessed to find a career that I am passionate about and patients and coworkers who inspire me everyday. I believe that my work is a reflection of God’s will and what we do at Bridgewater brings a greater goodness to our world.
We hope that we can help you or your loved one.
Sincerely,
Dr. Sally Baerman
